1. Who is Niramax?
Niramax is the new trading name for SWS Limited. We specialise in providing customer focused and cost-effective waste management solutions.

2. How long has the company been established?
We have almost 50 years experience in our field.

3. Do you only work with large organisations?
Although we do lots of work with lots of large organisations, we are happy to support companies of different sizes. This includes Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), right through to major Blue Chip organisations.

4. Do you work with public and private sector organisations?
Yes, we work with public and private organisations.

5. What types of organisations do you usually work with?
We have a wide range of experience in working with organisations from different sectors. There are too many to list here, but they range from construction and demolition specialists and councils through to manufacturers and retail businesses.

6. How will you work with our organisation?
To get things started we can talk to you over the phone or have a face-to-face meeting with you to get to know more about your organisation and the issues you face. Once we fully understand your circumstances and priorities, we will agree the way forward. We will then come up with a bespoke waste management solution designed to take your specific needs into account.

7. You are approved as an ISO 14001 organisation. What does this mean and how will it benefit my organisation?
ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised badge of quality which demonstrates that our practices have been measured and assessed by an independent body. It shows that our Environmental Management System (EMS) is robust; we work to reduce the environmental impact of waste; we comply with the relevant legislation and we manage our environmental risks and liabilities responsibly. This will give you complete confidence in our operations and legal compliance.

8. How much do your bespoke waste management packages cost?
As every business has different needs, we prefer to provide and agree a quotation before we start working with you. That way you will know up front exactly what you will get for your money and how much it is going to cost.

9. What do I need to do before we start working with you?
Simply think about what you would like to achieve with our help and consider the issues you face and your desired outcomes. This gives us a good starting point and also means that you will get the best return from our initial conversation or meeting.

10. Can you help me to get under the skin of my business so that I can identify what is a waste management priority?
We can help you to carry out a full assessment of your organisation, or the individual teams within it. This will help to identify areas such as strengths, areas for improvement and what needs to be done to take your business forward.

11. Can you help me to manage waste on our own premises?
Yes, we can make recommendations to help you manage your own waste.
